Refund and cancellation policy

The Founder plan is month-to-month. Users can cancel future billing through the Account page and Stripe billing portal. If a subscriber cancels, access may continue through the paid-through period unless a refund reverses the charge.

Refund window

During the early paid launch, refund requests made within 7 days of a monthly charge should be reviewed in good faith if the user did not receive expected access.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access may continue through the paid period unless a refund reverses the charge.
