Refund and cancellation policy

The Founder plan is month-to-month. Users should be able to cancel future billing through the account and Stripe subscription tools once payments are enabled.

Refund window

During the early paid beta, refund requests made within 7 days of a monthly charge should be reviewed in good faith if the user did not receive expected access.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access may continue through the paid period unless a refund reverses the charge.
